A mute Elven King who never leaves the palace. His people treat him like a sacred object not to be looked at by unworthy eyes.
Cult ~ He is at the center of an elvish cult centered around him.
God-King ~ The elves consider him a God in Earthly Form, just like his father before he died.
Painfully shy ~ Being mute and never interacting with anyone made him shy,
despite thousands of elves worshipping him from afar. His attendees are masked and veiled at all times.
Touch starved ~ Not allowed to be touched by anyone.
Getting to see him ~ Is considered a great privilege by these elves. You saved them, the reward
is merely getting to see their King.
